Sukhi bhindi ki sabji recipe|| Char Logon ke liye Aasan aur swadisht  dry Bhindi ki sabji

Sukhi Bhindi ki sabji lagbhag Bharat ke 70% ghar mein banne wali sabji hai. Agar thoda creative tarike se banaya jaaye to bacche bhi pasand karte hain, ismein Pyaj Tamatar aur masalon Ka Mel Bhindi ko swadisht banata hai. Ise aap Roti, Paratha ya fir Daal-Chawal ke sath bhi kha sakte hain.

Samagri ingredients|| Char Logon ke liye

  • Bhindi 500gm
  • Pyaj 2 madhyam aakar ke barik kate hue
  • Tamatar 1 bada size ka barik kata hua
  • Hari mirch aapke test ke according
  • Tel 3 table spoon
  • Namak taste ke according
  • Haldi powder 1/2 table spoon
  • Garlic 5 – 6 Kalia

Vidhi method –

1- Bhindi taiyar karna –

  • Bhindi ko acche se dho kar kapde se sara pani sukha le.
  • Bhindi ko apne man chahe aakar mein kat le.
  • Bhindi mein apne test ke according namak milakar 10 minut ke liye side mein rakh Denge jisse bhindi excess water ko bahar kar degi.

2- Tel aur Tadka –

  • Kadhai mein tel garm karenge.
  • Tel mein methi Dana, jeere ka tadka lagaenge.
  • Tadke mein lahsun, Pyar, Hari Mirch dalkar acche se bhunenge.
  • Pyaj Aur lahsun ka achcha sunhara rang aane tak medium flame per acche se chalate rahenge.

3- Bhindi dalen –

  • Ab pyaj, lahsun ke sunhara hone per tadke mein haldi dal kar chalayenge.
  • Ab bhindi dalkar, medium se high flame pe lagatar chalate rahenge.
  • Bhindi ko lagatar tab tak chalayenge jab tak Bhindi ke sare lumps na khatm ho jaye.
  • Lumps khatm hone per lo flame per 5 minut ke liye bhindi ko dhakkkar pakayen.

Sajavat aur Paroshna –

Pakane ke baad upar se taaja Hara Dhaniya dalkar garma –  garam roti ya paraathe ke sath parose.

Tips & Tricks –

  • Bhindi dhokar,sukhakar kaatne ke bad namak milane se Bhindi ka access water nikal jata hai jisse pakate samay bhindi ka texture bahut Achcha Dikhta Hai
  • Bhindi pakane samay tab tak chalate rahe jab tak Bhindi ke sare lamps khatm na ho uske bad hi dhake isase Bhindi tutati nahin hai gal karke
