  • Chawal – 1/2 cup bheege huye
  • Jeera – 1 chhota chammach
  • Heeng – 1 chutaki
  • Tel – 1 bada chammach
  • Sabut Sookhi Lal Mirch – 2
  • Namak – swadanusar
  • Pani – 3 cup

Tadke ke liye

  • Kuti Lal Mirch ya Lal Mirch Powder – 2 chhote chammach
  • Pighla Ghee ya Makkhan – 2 chhote chammach

🍲Method (Vidhi)

  • Ku kar me tel garm karke heeng aur jeera tadkayein.
  • Jab jeera sunahra ho jaye toh sabut Lal mirch ke tukde karke daalen aur bhune.
  • Fir dal, namak aur pani milaye, 3-4 siti me pakayen.
  • Kukar thanda hone par chawal milayein aur fir 2-3 siti me pakayen.
  • Tadke ke liye ghee ya makkhan garam karke gas ka flame band kar dein.
  • Lal Mirch daalkar tadke ko fauran dal-khichdi me mila dein.
