Lal Chana Khichdi

Ingredients ( Samagri)

  • Moong Dal – 1/2 cup
  • Chawal -1/2 cup
  • Kaabuli Chane – 1/4 cup, bheege aur uble huye
  • Tamatar -2 baarik kate huye
  • Keesi huyi adkar – 1 chhota chammach
  • Tej Patta – 2
  • Methi dana – 1 bada chammach ( bheega hua)
  • Sabut Daniya – 1 chhota chammach
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 chhota chammach
  • Bhuna Jeera powder – 2 chhote chammach
  • Haldi Powder – 1 chhota chammach
  • Namak – swadanusar
  • Tel – 2 chhote chammach

Tadke ke liye

  • Sabut Lal Mirch – 2
  • Kadi Patta –  8-10
  • Tel – 1 bada chammach  

Cooking Method (Banane ki Vidhi)

  • Ku kar me tel garam karke adrak aur tej patta bhune .
  • Tamatar, namak, haldi powder, garam masala, chawal, chana aur dal daalkar kuch minute chalate huye bhune.
  • Sabut dhaniya, methi aur pani daalkar 1-2 ku kar ki seeti me (chana pak jaye)  pakaye.
  • Tadke ke liye tel garam karke sabut Lal mirch aur kadhi patta tadkaye aur khichdi me daale.. Garam garam khichdi dahi ki sath parose.
