  • Kadi Patta –  8-10
  • Tel – 1 bada chammach  

Cooking Method (Banane ki Vidhi)

  • Kukar me tel garam karke adrak aur tej patta bhune .
  • Tamatar, namak, haldi powder, garam masala, chawal, chana aur dal daalkar kuch minute chalate huye bhune.
  • Sabut dhaniya, methi aur pani daalkar 1-2 kukar ki seeti me (chana pak jaye)  pakaye.
