Masoor khichdi ek traditional Bengali dish hai jo mainly Best Bengal me banai jati hai. Masoor Khichdi ek healthy aur halka kha na hai. Is easy Masoor Khichdi ko padhiye aur ghar per aasani se banaiye.
Ingredients (Samgri)
- Sabut Masoor dal – 1/2 cup (bheegi hui)
- Chawal – 1 1/2 cup (bheege huye)
- Ghee – 2 chhote chammach
- Jeera – 1 chhota chammach
- Kali Mirch – 5-6
- Laung – 2
- Dalchini – 1 inch tukda
- Adrak – 1 inch baarik kata hua
- Hari Mirch – 2 baarik kati huyi
- Haldi Powder – 1/4 chhota chammach
- Namak – Swaadanusar
- Pani – 4 cup
Method (vidhi)
- Kadhai me ghee garam karke jeera, kali mirch, laung aur dalchini bhunei.
- Adrak aur hari mirch dalkar bhunei.
- Chawal, dal, haldi powder, namak aur pani milaye aur medium flame par 2-3 seeti aane tak pakayen.
- Taiyar khichdi par uper se ghee daalkar garma-garm parose.

Masoor dal khichdi ko dahi, papad ya achar ke sath serve karein.
