Method|Gajar ka Halwa banane ki vidhi
- Kadhai me ghee dalkar garam karenge.
- Ghee me grated gajar dalenge.
- Pani poore tarike se khatm hone tak bhoonenge.
- Shakkar milayenge.
- Doodh/khoya dalkar chalayenge.
- Achhe se pakayenge.
- 70% cook hone pe dry fruits dalenge.
- Agar doodh dala hai toh doodh achhe se sookhne tak pakayenge.
- Pakne ke baad dry fruits se garnish karenge.
