- Murmura / churmura / Layi – 1 cup
- Pyaz – 1 (barik kata)
- Tamatar – 1 (barik kata)
- Hari mirch – 1
- Namak – swadanusar
- Nimbu ka ras – 1 teaspoon
- Sarson ka tel – 1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
- Lal mirch powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
- Hara dhaniya – thoda sa
- Bhuni moongfali / sev – optional
- Ubla hua aaloo – 1 chhote aakar me kate huye.
Method | Banane ki Vidhi
- Ek bade bowl me murmura daalein.
- Pyaz, tamatar aur hari mirch add karein.
- Ab namak, lal mirch, chaat masala aur sarson ka tel daalein.
- Nimbu ka ras daal kar achhi tarah mix karein.
- Upar se dhaniya, Aalu aur moongfali daalein.
- Turant serve karein taki ye crispy rahe.
Sweet Version-
Murmura + gur ki chashni + moongfali ko mix karein aur thanda hone dein.
