Noodles🍜 aaj ke time me India me ek famous dish hai,, jo apne bemisaal flavors ke liye jana jata hai. Noodles ko ham breakfast, launch, dinner kisi bhi time cook kar sakte hai. To aaj ham aapko simple veg noodles recipe share karungi, jo easy to prepare hai.
Ingredients| Samagri (4 logo ke liye)
- Chaumeen/Noodles – 400gm
- Pattagobhi – 1cup , barik kata hua
- Gajar – 1 cup lambi kati hui
- Shimla Mirch – 1 cup barik, patali kati hui
- Pyaj – 2 medium size, slice me kati hui
- Hari Mirch – 2 (optional)
- Lahsun Adrak paste – 1 tablespoon
- Soya Sauce – 2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoon
- Chilii sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Venigar – 1 tablespoon
- Kali Mirch – 1/2 teaspoon
- Namak – taste according
- Tel – 3 tablespoon
Method| Banane ki Vidhi
Noodles boile karna –
- 1 bade bartan me pani ubalen. Pani me thoda sa namak aur 1 tablespoon tel dale.
- Noodles dalkar 5-6 minute boile karen.
- Chaankar chilled cold water se dho len taki noodles ek dusare se chipke nhi.
Sabjiyan fry karein-
- Kadhai ya pan me tel garm karein.
- Garm tel me pahle pyaaj dale aur bhoone.
- Pyaaj ka color pink hone pe usme Adrak Lahaun ka paste daale aur bhoone.
- Ab usme Hari mirch daalkar bhoone.
- Fir Gajar, Shimla Mirch aur pattagobhi dalein.
- Ab 2-3 minute tak high flame pe chalate huye pakaye taki sari sabjiyaan crunchy rahein.
Sauces Milayen-
- Ab Soya sauce, Tomato sauce, Chilli sauce, Venigar, Kali mirch aur Namak dalein.
- Achchhi tarah se milayen.
Noodles Milayen-
Ab boiled Noodles ko pan me dalein aur halke hatho se chalate huye 2 minute tak pakayen.
