- Jeeta – 1 chhota chammach
- Haru Mirch – 1
- Dahi Feti hui
- Tamatar ki puri – 2 bade size
Sabji banane ke liye
- Tel – 1 bada chammachA
- Shimla Mirch – 1/2 patli lambai me kati hui
- Namak – 1/4 chhote chammach
- Garam Masala – 1/4 chhota chammach
- Kasuri Methi – 1 bada chammach
- Aaloo – 500 gm boiled
- Hara dhaniya

Dahi Mein, Dahi mix ki sari samagri dalkar acchi tarah se milakar paste banaa le, ab kadhai mein tel garm larke jeera tadkayen. Uske baad jeera me Hari Mirch, Dahi mix, aur tamatar Puri dalkar pakayen. Jab mishran gadha ho jaaye to gass band kar de. Ab alag Pan mein Tel garm karke shimla mirch pakayen. Fir usme Dahi masala, Namak, Garam Masala aur sari samagri milakar Aaloo dalkar chalate hue bhuno . Uske bad Pani milakar sabji ko Tel chhodane Tak bhune, Aalo ki taiyar ki sabji Puri ke sath khayen
