Ingredients samagri –
- Palak – 300 gm
- Aalu – 1 Kata hua
- Tel – 1 Bada chammach
- Jeera -1 Chhota chammach
- Saboot Sukhi Lal Mirch – 2
- Hing – 1/2 Chhota chammach
- Tamatar – 1 Kata hua
- Namak – Swadanusar
- Hari Mirch – 1 Kati hui
- Haldi Powder – 1/4 Chhota chammach
- Dhaniya Powder – 1 Chhota chammach
- Jeera Powder – 1 Chhota chammach
- Lal Mirch Powder – 1 Chhota chammach
👨🍳Banane ki vidhi –
- Kadhai mein tel garam karke Jeera tadkayen.
- Sabut Lal mirch aur Hing bhune.
- Aalu milaen aur bich-bich me chalate hue pakayen.
- Sare sukhe masale aur namak milaen.
- Tamatar milakar pakayen, jab tamatar gal jaaye aur masala Tel chhodne lage.
- Ab masale me Palak aur aawshyaktanusaar pani milayen.
- Sabji ko 5-6 minute tak pakayen.
- Taiyar masala Aalu Palak ko Puri, Paratha ya Roti ke sath khayen.
