Samagri -Ingredients-
- Suji – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1/2 cup
- Shakkar – 3/4 to 1 cup (according to taste)
- Pani (water) – 2 & 1/2 cup
- Elaichi Powder – 1/2 cup
- Dry Fruits – according to your favorite
- Kishmish (must) – 1 tbsp
Banane ki vidhi – recipe steps
- Sabse pahle Suji ko achche se chhanni se Chhan Kar le lenge.
- Pain ya karahi mein Ghee dalkar medium flame per garm hone denge.
- Garam hone per usmein Suji dal kar 8 – 9 minut tak medium flame per achche se brown hone tak bhunege.
- Suji bhunane ke bad use Kadhai se nikal Lenge, nahin to Kadhai garm hone ke karan Suji jal sakti hai.
Pani Aur Chini se Sira banana –
- Ab aap Chahe to Vahi Kadhai me ya dusri kadhai bhi istemal mein le sakte hain .
- Kadhai Mein Pani garm karenge.
- Pani garm ho jaane ke bad usmein shakkar aur ilayachi Ka powder dalkar use ghulne ke bad usmein ek se teen ubal Aane De.
Pakayen-
- Ab gas ka flame low karke usmein Suji thodi-thodi matra me karchhul chalate huye milayenge , jisse usmein ganthe na aane paye.
- Uske bad Gas ka flame medium kar den.
- Jaise hi aapka halwa gadha hone lage usmein apne pasandida dry fruits aur Kishmish milakar tab tak pakayen jab tak halwa kadhai Na chhodane lage aur ghee na dikhne Lage.
Sajayen aur Parosen –
- Ab halve ko plate mein nikal kar usmein Thodi dry fruit Crush ya kaddukas Karke Upar Se sajayen aur Garma Garam Parose.
