Dahi Bhindi ek swadisht aur healthy sabji hai, jise bhindi ko tel me fry karke, dahi aur masalo ke saath taiyar kiya jata hai, Aur agar ese achhe se banaya jaye to iske swaad ka koi jawab nhi hota . Ye mujhe rice ke sath jyada pasand aati hai but aap ise Roti, Parada, Poori, Pulav kisi ke bhi saath enjoy kar sakte hai.

- Pyaj 1 barik kati hui
- Tamatar 1 barik kata hua
- Adrak – Lahsun pest 1 chhoti Chammach
- Hari Mirchi 1 kati hui
- Haldi powder 1/2 chhoti chammach
- Lal Mirch Powder 1 chhoti chammach
- Dhaniya Powder 1¹/² chammach
- Jeera 1/2 chhote chammach
- Sarso ke Daane 1/4 chhoti chammach

👨🍳Widhi|Method
- Bhindi ko dhokar, sukha kar use 1 inch me kaat le.
- Pan me tel garm karen. Usme sari kati hui bhindi ko thoda-thoda karke, sunahra hone tak fry kar ke plate me nikal le.
- Ab bache huye tel me Jeera aur Sarso dale. Jan dono tadak jaye to usme pyaaz daale. Pyaz sunahari hone ke baad usme adrak- Lahsun ka pest dalen aur hari mirch daale aur 1 minute tak pakayen.
- Tamatar dale sath me Haldi, Lal Mirch, Dhaniya Powder aur Namak dalen. Tamatar hal ne tak pakayen.
- Gass slow kare aur feta hua dahi dale . Lagatar chalate rahe taaki dahi na fate. 2-3 minute tak, tel uper aane tak pakayen.
- Ab tali hui Bhindi daale aur 5-7 minutes tak dheemi aanch par pakaye taki Sare flavors Bhindi absorb kar le. Ab gass band karke uper se hara dhaniya se garnish karen.
